2. Scope of the website
Peptique Europe supplies peptides and related products intended exclusively for scientific research, analytical and laboratory use.
3. Acceptance of these terms
By accessing the website, using its functions or placing an order, you confirm that you have read and accept these Terms & Conditions, the Privacy Policy, Shipping & Returns Policy and Research Disclaimer. If you do not agree, you should not use the website or place an order.
4. Legal capacity and responsible use
Orders may only be placed by persons with the legal capacity to enter into a contract. The purchaser is responsible for determining whether the purchase, possession and use of a particular product is lawful in their jurisdiction and suitable for their intended scientific or laboratory purpose.
5. Product information
We take reasonable care to ensure that product descriptions, images, strengths, quantities and prices are accurate. Images may be illustrative and packaging may be updated without changing essential product characteristics. Where there is an obvious technical error in a price or description, we may contact the customer before fulfilling the order.
6. Orders and contract formation
Submitting an order through the website constitutes an offer to purchase. After receipt, we send an automated confirmation containing an order number. This confirms receipt of the request and does not prevent us from carrying out reasonable checks regarding availability, address, contact details and order eligibility.
We may refuse or cancel an order in cases including lack of stock, obvious error, suspected fraud or abuse, inability to deliver, repeated uncollected shipments, or where fulfilment would violate applicable law or the rules of a payment/logistics provider.
7. Prices and payment
Website prices are displayed in euro. Applicable delivery charges are shown or communicated before final fulfilment where relevant. We accept cash on delivery only. Delivery is available exclusively to addresses within the Republic of Bulgaria.
8. Delivery
Customers must provide accurate and complete delivery and contact information. Delivery times are estimates unless expressly agreed otherwise. To the extent permitted by law, we are not responsible for delays caused by a courier, customs procedures, force majeure or incorrect information supplied by the customer.
9. Uncollected and refused shipments
For cash-on-delivery orders that have been shipped and are subsequently uncollected or refused without reasonable grounds, we may restrict future orders associated with the same contact details. Customers may contact us if they believe a restriction was applied incorrectly.
10. Returns, complaints and withdrawal rights
Detailed conditions are set out in the Shipping & Returns page and form part of these Terms. Nothing in these Terms limits mandatory consumer rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.
11. Research Use Only
The purchaser confirms that products marked Research Use Only are acquired for scientific research, analytical or laboratory use.

The Peptique Europe trade name, logos, graphics, design, original text and other original website materials are protected under applicable law and may not be copied or commercially used without prior permission except where permitted by law.
13. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Peptique Europe is not responsible for use of products contrary to their stated research purpose, instructions, applicable law or these Terms. This limitation does not apply where liability cannot legally be excluded or limited.
14. Governing law and disputes
These Terms are governed by Bulgarian law, without depriving a consumer of mandatory protections applicable in the country of their habitual residence where such protections apply. The parties should first attempt to resolve disputes amicably by contacting peptique.europe@gmail.com.
15. Changes
We may update these Terms. The version in force when an order is placed applies to that order unless applicable law requires otherwise.
