1. Shipping
We deliver only within the Republic of Bulgaria. Orders are processed as quickly as reasonably possible after receipt and successful confirmation by phone. Available courier services, delivery times and charges may depend on the address.
Customers are responsible for providing an accurate phone number, email address and delivery address. If you notice an error after placing an order, contact us as soon as possible at peptique.europe@gmail.com.
2. Inspection on delivery
We recommend inspecting the shipment as soon as reasonably possible after delivery. If the parcel is visibly damaged, where possible note this with the courier and retain the external and internal packaging.
3. Damaged, incorrect or non-conforming products
If you receive a product that is damaged, different from what you ordered, missing items/quantity, or otherwise not as described, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. This 48-hour notification period is intended to help us promptly document and resolve transit or fulfilment issues and does not limit mandatory statutory rights that cannot be restricted.
Please provide:
- your order number;
- a short description of the issue;
- clear photographs of the product and external/internal packaging;
- where reasonably necessary, a short video or other evidence showing the condition on receipt.
After review, and depending on the circumstances and applicable law, we may offer replacement, shipment of a missing item, partial or full refund, or another appropriate remedy.
4. Distance-selling withdrawal rights
Where the customer qualifies as a consumer and applicable law grants a statutory right to withdraw from a distance contract, that right may be exercised within the statutory period and subject to the applicable conditions. Please notify us in writing at peptique.europe@gmail.com before returning any product.
The right of withdrawal may not apply in circumstances provided by law, including certain sealed goods that are not suitable for return for health-protection or hygiene reasons once unsealed, and other categories for which a statutory exception applies. Each request is assessed individually under applicable law.
5. Condition of returned products
Where a return is permitted, products should be returned with reasonable care, preferably in their original packaging, with all components and without unnecessary damage. Do not send products back before contacting us, as return instructions and the appropriate return address/method must first be provided.
6. Return shipping costs
Where a return results from our error, an incorrect product or a verified defect/damage, we will cover reasonable return costs where applicable. For a withdrawal without defect, return costs are allocated according to applicable law and the information provided before purchase.
7. Refunds
After the returned product is received and reviewed, we will notify you of the outcome. Approved refunds are made through the applicable payment method or another agreed lawful method. Processing time may depend on the payment provider and applicable statutory rules.
8. Uncollected shipments
A cash-on-delivery parcel that is not collected and is returned to us does not automatically constitute a valid exercise of a statutory withdrawal right. Repeated uncollected shipments may result in restrictions on future orders associated with the same contact details in order to prevent abuse and unjustified logistics costs.
9. Sample withdrawal notice
Where a statutory withdrawal right applies, you may send an unambiguous notice to peptique.europe@gmail.com, for example:
“To Turbo Drayv EOOD (Турбо Драйв ЕООД), Ul. Pirinski Prohod 47, Sofia 1680, Bulgaria. I hereby give notice that I withdraw from my contract for the purchase of the following goods: [description]. Order number: [PE-.]. Received on: [date]. Consumer name: [name]. Address: [address]. Date: [date].”
You are not required to use this wording; any clear statement communicating your decision to withdraw within the applicable period is sufficient.
